DEAR OWNER: ??? You have the BEST donuts on the busiest street corner on Miami Beach -- but there is only ONE person selling donuts. One. Solamente UNO. Why is that? This is not a new problem. The store has had the slowest service of any Dunkin Donuts in the known Universe for 25 years. Again, why? Please hire more people to work at the counter.?? Please.

In regards to the food, it is what I would expect from a Kosher Dunkin, no meat products.The bagels at time can be sub-par and stale.The service can use much needed improvement. Often times the workers have a nasty attitude to the point I don't come in often anymore and opt for a homemade breakfast just to avoid the workers.
