I wish I could do zero stars. Staff was horrible here. I asked for 3 bacon and and cheese sandwiches and they gave something completely different and said that's what they had.. like really you couldn't tell me so I can say nevermind.. the donuts tasted old and the made iced coffees instead of hot. The cuban chunky girl was so nasty when she had to remake them. Be mad at yourself for being incompetent. Can't even get a simple order right. Do not go here people!!! Starbucks always gets it right and always gives exceptional service. Im never deviating again.. I'll drive the extra 10 minutes next time for better service and quality food and coffee. Dunkin Donuts is the WORST!!! ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION IN MIAMI!!!

The staff were friendly, but I got the wrong drink when I ordered a frozen chocolate. I told them, but they insisted it was what I asked for. Then they said they didn't have frozen chocolate, which left me wondering why they made something else. I tried ordering through the app, which said they had frozen chocolate. I found this odd because the worker said otherwise. Anyways, I order but still no drink after waiting for 10 minutes. One worker said it was almost ready, but another had to start making it from scratch when I asked again. It was busy, but I was in a hurry because my Uber was waiting. I ended up leaving without my drink and I had nothing to drink. The language barrier with the workers made things harder, and I noticed other customers were also having issues with their orders. Even my friend didn't get the right drink. I’m very upset about what happened and I have never had such a bad experience at a dunkin location. I don’t want the workers to get in trouble, but I feel as if the manager should do a better job at keeping everything in order.

Sometimes the food is hot and sometimes it’s cold. The customer service is horrible. How do you operate an ice cream business but don’t allow customers to try your flavors. The other baskin and robins allow their customers to try the different flavors but this one doesn’t. As a federal employee I think it’s ridiculous to charge someone $1 for a cup of ice water. When I patronize your business everyday. The service is slow. The employees are rude. I think this place needs a new management team

In regards to the food, it is what I would expect from a Kosher Dunkin, no meat products.The bagels at time can be sub-par and stale.The service can use much needed improvement. Often times the workers have a nasty attitude to the point I don't come in often anymore and opt for a homemade breakfast just to avoid the workers. They have an attitude issue and can be a nuisance to deal with if your order isn't made right.The atmosphere, however, is delightful. The booths are not only inviting, but also cozy.Vegetarian options: There is a large vegetarian selection, which is useful to those who abide to its rules.Dietary restrictions: This is a Kosher establishment so there will not be any bacon or other meat products or derivatives alone or within a sandwich or item.Parking: There is a free parking lot available for use with plenty of parking available.Kid-friendliness: It is Dunkin so there is sure to be a plethora of fun donut options.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs can be hard to navigate into the entrance of the store, but once within, it is easy going from there.
