located inside the Fountain bleu Hotel & It is a nice walk up. Dont forget to grab gelato on the way in or out. Great atmosphere and dark lighting. The fire alarm went off but the strob lights effect added to the fun. We liked them The food was over hyped compared to La Tao but still good and the drinks were yummy. We had the meat dim sum platter (8 total) and spicy chicken +shrimp fried rice. Very filling and taste good. Attentive staff and it feels luxury

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! Hakkasan has it all, the restaurant is beautiful, the staff amazing, serving superior, & simple delicious food & beverages. This meal was one of the best, the Sesame Prawn Toast has me dreaming about it! I would return to Miami just to eat here again!

Food was good for the most part and service was nice. Ambiance also nice. Prices very high and sizes of food very small.

Amazing meal, great service from Steven. Not Chinese, more Chinese inspired food. Very expensive but also very memorable.

Honestly go somewhere else, food is decent but nothing for the price I can buy the same from Trader Joe’s frozen. Not to mention our server was extremely rude and impersonal when we asked questions we were met with sarcastic remarks. We asked to speak to a manger after bills were paid … not for anything special but just to felt heard and instead we were met with more confrontation . As you maybe can see I don’t leave reviews because I normally feel so bad and know people are trying their best, but back to back we were met with displeasure. Don’t waste your time or money there’s better options:) manager pretended to care and never returned 20 minutes later… they don’t value their customers and we don’t value them

We had a reservation for 9:30 pm at this restaurant. Upon our arrival, we were informed that, although they did not want to rush us, the kitchen closed at 10:00 p.m. We felt this put us under pressure to order and eat quickly. Our food and wine order was taken without delay. The dishes arrived at our table very quickly, which prevented us from enjoying them at a relaxed pace. Interestingly, the wine we ordered took much longer to be served. We finished our dinner, decided not to order dessert, and the bill was immediately presented to us without us requesting it. Additionally, we noticed that they lowered the music volume and the waiter stood near our table, which gave us the impression that they were waiting for us to leave. For a dinner that cost $700 for two people, we expected more attentive service and a more relaxed experience. This rush and lack of attention to detail did not live up to our expectations for a meal at this price.

Leider war die Musik viel zu laut! Der Ablauf des Essens wie beim letzten Mal, viel, viel zu schnell! Das Essen war OK. Wir haben im Hakkasan aber auch schon besser gegessen. Positiv sind die Weinpreise.

Would post a 0 if it was available. I've been vacationing alone here at the FB for the past 12 years and have eaten at Hakkasan. I've never had an issue making a reservation for myself. It would not allow me to make a reservation now unless there were 2 or more people in the party. How absurd!!! Many people travel alone and for them to deny me making a reservation is just plain PISS POOR business. I stopped at the concierge's desk and the guy looked at me like I had 2 heads when I told him that was crazy they wouldn't take a single reservation. To say the least, I will never eat at the place again, and if you're a single traveler there are far too many options as far as restaurants around here. Shame on you people.

My husband attends a conference at the Fontainebleau in Miami every year and we always eat at Hakkasan while there. The food is quite good and t by e staff is very friendly. Their servings are quite large and could easily be shared. It's one of our favorite places to eat.

Excellent food and perfect atmosphere, overall a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for any special occasion

Big shout out to Ken and crew for the excellent experience and service. We ordered a la carte, were well satisfied (expectations were exceeded) and had leftovers to boot. Everyone really enjoyed the food and libations, well done Hakkasan!
