Management really sucks here. We had a reservation around 1pm today and we got to our table 1.5 hours later. What the hell are reservations for? Run by total idiots. It was at 2:50pm when we got the drinks and then the food came in at 3:15pm. The management is probably full of losers wasting away a nice property. We were out by 4pm and somehow the check only took 5mins with a 20% service charge for zero service. You get your check really fast but everything else is mismanaged. Just a hungry guest.

Waited at a table 45 min without food. A homeless person and their dog came into the restaurant and took food off people's plates. Left without ever eating.

39$ per person for breakfast I could understand, if you're an established business with accommodating hosts and attentive staff. This restaurant however? First and last time gracing the doorstep, we have been staying with The Goodtime hotel for the last 2 weeks and have had a perfect stay but Strawberry Moon was horrible. The food was good but the lack of service and hospitality didn't warrant the 4/5 star reviews I've seen posted.

Food was great. Ambiance great. Service Stellar. Marina was amazing. Our food came in a timely manner and it was delicious. We did the bottomless brunch and my glass was never empty. Will definitely return

We went to the restaurant with plans to go to the pool next. But we ate then had a change of heart. Initially, we thought the restaurant and the pool were all pretty much in the same area, but it is separated. I guess we appreciated that being, we weren't really in the pool party mood after all. However, if you are in the mood for a pool party definitely the place to go. Lovely hotel, beautiful Greek aesthetics all around, the food tasted amazing, the service was great and it was just all around a great experience. Pool party area was busy, DJ was playing some great music as well. As mentioned the Pool party is separate, and a separate fee. No one seemed to know the price unless we went up to the pool entrance and asked. So, we decided to head back to the hotel, didn't want to feel any pressure haha

We bought a pool day pass and were really disappointed because they try to rip you off every step of the way. Chairs not included you have to pay exorbitant price to rent it Leave your bag at the entrance and pay 20$+ tip Lol. Do not recommend this overpriced place. I just immediately left because It felt like I was getting screwed Maybe the hotel is okay, but there are many nice places around if you want to just relax by the pool

We came to strawberry moon for brunch, as a starter we had hummus which was good. The pita bread was soft and warm. For our main dishes we had the chicken kebab which had little to not flavor. Additionally my husband and cousin got the chicken shawarma, they said it was fine; however it was not outstanding. I personally had the falafel Benedict which I barely touched it was soooo badd. I could not eat it. The texture was not good, neither the flavor. Worst eggs Benedict I have ever had. We thought the place was very cute and the service was good . But I did not like the food at all.

I am very disgusted by my experience today. My friend and I spent over $300 to attend an event. While the experience started off well, I had gone to the bar and ordered some fries, totalling $17 usd after tip. The bartender told me to return in 20 minutes for my order. When I had returned, there was a rope barrier surrounding the bar, and I therefore explained to the bouncer that I was attempting to pick up my order, understanding that due to there being an event in place, staff may need to bring out my order, or I may need to wait. The bouncer immediately got aggressive towards me, called me “slow” and “stupid” among other names, spit in my face and physically backed me up. When I then asked for a refund, I was continued to be called names. When my friend then approached the bouncer and asked for my item or a refund, he continuously brushed her off before telling her she was being kicked out. Immediately, another staff member began pushing us out and yelling at us. When I calmly explained we would gladly leave after I was refunded for my item, he told me he did not know what I was talking about, and put his hands on both my friend and I. After finding a manager to speak with, I was told that due to there being two sides to the story, we would still be removed from the event without compensation. After once again explaining that we intended to leave regardless and simply wanted our refund, she took my information to the bar. In her absence, the bouncer came around the corner and began to yell at my friend and I, calling us names once again, telling me I needed to go to the the gym, that my friend required plastic surgery, and other inappropriate and disturbing comments. When the manager had returned and I told her about this incident, which other staff members had witnessed, I was once again told that the issue would have to be reviewed. I left without a refund, which, I was told will be dealt with tomorrow. That said, while I was removed from the event for simply asking for my item or refund, the bouncers, who got physical and aggressive with both my friend and I, continued to work the rest of their shift, and were allowed the opportunity to approach us once again, as the rest of the staff members stood and watched. The entire experience was very unprofessional and disappointing. Having worked in bars, I understand the frustration when customers become disrespectful and entitled, though I also recognize when bouncers develop an ego and abuse their authority, and this was a case of the later. Overall I am very disappointed that this type of physical aggression is being defended and condoned and would recommend spending your time/money at a more responsible establishment

I love coming to strawberry moon for a pool party. They are lot's of fun. The entrance for the pool party is located in the alley. This is my favorite pool party that is located on the beach. The inside of the hotel is beautiful as well.

If you're looking to be treated the way you get treated in Europe or South/Central America, this is the place. For breakfast, a guy will take your order, then he'll disappear. Another guy will bring your food. Then they'll refill your coffee cup and charge you for two coffees. Nearly $6 for the coffee and it's a European sized tea cup. They'll kindly add on the tip for you even though they literally did nothing but take your order and bring your food, which was okay, but not worth $30 per person.

Visited for Saturday brunch which is extremely busy but the restaurant area was not crowded.Reservations recommended especially if you want to sit outside. There is a fee for access to pool which must be bought in advance. Easy to check in with reservation and we were seated immediately. Staff was outstanding (we had Katty as our server). The menu has Mediterranean cuisine and I had the kebab which I felt was a little dry (I requested additional sauce). And we opted for bottomless Definitely recommend the cinnamon roll which is shareable. Did go to pool party but sitting outside you will see the pool area and hear the music (which was a vibe). Pricing is $$
