I have been to SS numerous times, even before it got the Michelin star. It continues to be a joy. Interesting dishes, well prepared and presented. Very good service. I think the wine pairings are quite good. It's maintaining its standards and consistency.
The place is small, its beautiful bar and the tasting lasts 3 hours and the dishes are small but with incredible flavors, the attention of the waiters is impeccable. I give a very special thank you to Ramon Atencio for his service and the wine recommendation, which was spectacular.

The food was coming out very slow in the beginning. The first 3 courses, including bread, took almost 45 mins. The sake on the drinks menu was not available. The barramundi fish is from Hawaii but labeled as “local fish” on the menu. The wagyu beef and the lobster bites are so small that I can hardly taste the ingredients.
