I arrived early for my check in and due to my wait and the weather I wasn’t able to go out as planned, the staff Jose and Ahmed helped me with storing my cases and getting checked into my room early. I was also upgraded to a suite with balcony and pool view which was a lovely added bonus. Overall a great check in experience and I would recommend this hotel :) The location is great also!
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Jose Luis went above and beyond to assist me, making my experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was excellent, and the check-in process was incredibly quick and efficient. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay!

The hotel is nice but old. The bedroom was very comfortable and the pool area was fine. There are supposedly 3 bars on the premises but only the pool bar is open during the day time. One bar is so secluded you need a map and compass to find it and it opens at 9pm. The third bar also opens late but only saw it operating on Thursday night for a fun karaoke scene. The check-in with Eduardo was a nightmare and my room A108 was in a fire stairwell. So the banging of that door was disturbing...read full review
