“The place is take-out only.
The service unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired, there are two employees who apparently have very poor communication and transmit an unpleasant atmosphere during the waiting time.
The place looks messy.
The pizza was very good in terms of flavor, quantity and price.
A customer service course for your employees would be good.“

“This was our first time eating here in Grapevine Texas location. My husband and I had a Caesar salad and a meat lovers pizza. The Caesar salad was huge and we took home half of it. The pizza is crispy and fresh out of the oven. It was a great meal. We had a friendly and knowledgeable, waitress named Kelsey. On the way out, we met the owner Luis. He was very friendly and took the time to talk about their restaurants and all the other locations they had. We will definitely be back.“

“I had an amazing experience with Jerry at Pummarola Pizza! He made the class so fun, informative, and hands-on. His energy, patience, and passion for pizza really showed. The whole experience was memorable and the pizza came out delicious. Highly recommend taking a class with Jerry! 🍕✨“

“Pia’s Pizza is such a charming spot! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the service is truly amazing — we took a long time deciding what to eat and never once felt rushed.
