The amazing long-time owner ensures top notch customer service is given and delicious food is served. This is the neighborhood in which I grew up and it is great to know that while every other eatery has all but abandoned customer loyalty and satisfaction, this establishment remains at the top of the list by providing both. Kudos to the owner for demanding professionalism 24/7 and his excellent staff for putting it into action.
Thursday afternoon I came after a rough day I was greeted by Ray-Ray I believe she is a manager. She helped me navigate the menu....making suggestions & talked me into downloading the BK app.must admit I felt better after I left. This woman is an asset to this company.
