I am an Uber driver and I went to pick up a meal and the Hay worker just asked me if everything was complete he insulted me and shouted at me act of racism and senofovia he was a man with brown skin white hair please person like this should not be in Customer Support. I don't understand with those bad comments why they don't take drastic measures with this restaurant, they really should close it down. Today I had one of the worst experiences since I live in the city of Miami.

On lunch on Saturday drive thru is a mess got someone else’s order long wait still messed up my order 10.00 lunch and it suck no cheeses on whopper jr duo makin all that money straight lie to your face it’s correct this time nothing like the bk at 127th st and nw 7thave Mr Cruz don’t
The chicken fries were stiff and burnt. Worst food. Asked 2 times if that was a 12 piece they told me yes I only got 8 piece. I’m sure they wouldn’t feed this to their kids. My son couldn’t even eat it of how burn and terrible it was. Awful food and awful service. Would not recommend and I will never order from there again. From 1 to 10, I rate a 0
