It's just that you can no longer go and have fun for a while because the machine you have in those places and most of them only collect money for the house is no longer a pleasure to go and play.
The only casino in the area, it is very large but as many comments say, I confirm that the machines are often broken. We played roulette for around 10-15 minutes and while we were playing this roulette no longer worked we had to go find someone to repair it, we should no longer play on the machine afterwards but there was no indication of a ban so another person is finding block.
