Sadly the staff leads me rate so poorly. Owner is loosing money to lack of employee quality, we went tonight with family the lady was nice but wasn’t selling cones for some odd reason and after us placing our order a poor child kept attempting of getting some ice cream I myself tried to get the lady attention had no luck felt bad ended leaving. To my surprise as we were leaving the parking lot we find the lady ACROSS the street handling personal matters…. Hopefully isn’t something it can be fixed.

Bought two pints to go. One matcha and one lemon sorbet. The lemon sorbet was improperly labeled and was actually chocolate. I was hoping the chocolate would be okay but on the contrary. The texture is icy, as if it's freezer burned (same with the matcha), and the flavor tastes like Hershey's chocolate syrup. The matcha flavor is okay but the texture is also icy. I rarely leave reviews but this ice cream was bad enough that I had to share... Especially since it's in a location as well attended as the Citadel. STAY AWAY.

Delicious delicious ice cream located inside the quaint Citadel. I've had icecream from here a couple times and I have felt nothing but delightfulness after my treat each time. On today's visit, I decided to try their chocolate chip cookie dough. Last time, I simply ordered a vanilla milkshake, amazing. So, I had a lot of faith today after an impressive first visit. My flavor of choice was a smooth blend of vanilla and baked chocolate chip cookies. Nestle? I'm not sure but it sure tasted like nestle. I topped off it with whip cream.Yum. Yum. Yum. Not many places make icecream how I like it. Frice got it right. If it wasn't so far from me, this would be a frequent stop to meet my sweet tooth needs. I can't wait to come back again!

Best waffle cone ever. Crunchy and airy. GF cone option is available too but didn't try that. The flavors are unique and taste almost gourmet. Banana cream was good but was a bit too sweet at times. The passion fruit was great and cut the sweetness of the banana. She hooked it up with the the scoops too!! Staff was also nice with our sampling.

Never been there!!

Going for ice cream should be an enjoyable experience, but the unhelpful and unpleasant girl behind the counter made that impossible. I could have maybe looked passed that, but my ice cream was bland. Bring back Bianco Gelato to the Citadel!

Jeez worse tasting ice cream I’ve ever had. Even my 2 year old toddler didn’t like it somehow ?For reference I went with two other adults, we all ordered different flavors and 2 of us just threw it away cause it wasn’t enjoyable.

it was mid and they give you small scoops they don't have traditional ice cream flavors like chocolate, strawberry, mint chocolate. don't have many ice cream covers at all but if you do go i recommend the butter pecan

One of the better waffle cone bowls I’ve had.one scope is enough. Cookies and cream was spot on. Sprinkle Cake was mouth full of sprinkles, if you’re into that. Will be back. Hopefully they sell single bowls /cones as a side.

On Saturday, I went to the Citadel and got my usual pasta with chicken which was really delicious. My husband got his usual burger and he of course liked it, he gets it each time. However, what made this visit spectacular was the woman, Barbara, working the Frice cream stand. She was so sweet and recommended me great flavors. She took her time and made my experience personal, even though it was just an ice cream stop. My 5 minute interaction with this woman completed my visit. The ice cream was to die for! My husband got a double scoop with coconut featuring dulce de leche and the second scoop was the banana Frazier, I believe it was called. Both flavors worked well together and were so rich and creamy, plus they give generous sized scoops. I wish I had saved room but unfortunately I didn't know we'd be getting ice cream. Just means I need to go back soon! Wonderful atmosphere, service, and dessert... 10/10.

My Mom was in town visiting from VA. We went here and she got the pomegranate sorbet and I got a chocolate chip cookie. Neither of them were good. We were going to take the sorbet home to see if my sister would like it but the girl gave us a top that didn’t even fit the ice cream and she knew it.
