I visited The Citadel with zero expectations as it was my first time eating there. I came across Maki-San and ordered a few roles to share with friends and WOW, to my amazement, the sushi and crispy rice was one of the best meals I have had in a long time. Legit one of my favorite places inside the Citadel, they have a variety of sushi rolls and bites that never miss. I probably eat here 3-4 times a week! If you haven't yet, go check them out.

Maki-San? More like Make Me Come..... back for more Palate bending experiences. The menu is CLEARLY descriptive to the Flavor ride you're about to embark on. So make sure you're sitting down and not operating Heavy Machinery when you strap in. Almost a 4 star review because I wasn't aware my socks would LITERALLY fly off. Before I could even gather a single strand of yarn, the owner gave me his OWN SOCKS!!!! 4761 Rooted Stars this place gets.
