The Ichimi Ramen was really good, it tasted very different from other tonkotsu ramen ive had before, this was tasted more earthy and I loved it. The atmosphere was nice, low music, good ambience. Extremely fast, ordered the food and it was on my table under 5min. 100% recommend.

Went here because we were craving authentic Japanese ramen. The broth is very flavourful and the ramen noodles were cooked perfectly. We eat ramen often and this is our first visit to Miami. We didn’t have a very high expectation since its a new city for us but the ramen exceeded our expectations. The service was great as well, very kind server. Decent ramen for Miami, the broth I really liked, the chashu pork was good but I wish it was cooked a little bit more. I saw pink in the inside. Service is spectacular, I think I was able to finish my meal in 30 minutes the ramen came very fast. Haven’t try other ramen places around Miami area midtown/edgewarter but this one is definitely a 4. My order was the classic ramen with their in house noodles.
