La Carreta on 40 st the food is terrible! The only good thing is the coffee, the patties and croquettes or milkshake! I will never go to lunch there again, and the waitresses talking loudly about personal things
La Carreta Rest. Once delicious cuban food it is no longer served. For those who have given a good review I should recomend try others cuban restaurants . Im horrorified how once an excellent place with delicious food honoring our cuban heritage is not as it was before.

My husband and I stopped for lunch before our flight home to Baltimore. The food was great and our waitress, Aimee,was fantastic. Between her limited English and my limited Spanish we got the job done! Her smile and great sense of humor made my day! Not to mention, she was a great waitress and service was impeccable!
