This is the best Pollo Tropical experience I have had. The cashier was very friendly and correctly placed the multiple orders that we made. However the people who completed the order and gave us the food did not speak any English at all so it was difficult to communicate with them. We placed takeout orders and they served it as if we were eating in.I'm the end we got things straightened out and the food was good.
The girl at window argued with me that I hadn't paid the girl who takes orders in the drive thru lane. She then realized I had indeed paid and she almost didn't give me my drink, just a total mess. There is also a creepy homeless guy that stands at the drive thru with his hand out. Won't use drive thru again ?

I'm not someone who typically leaves reviews on Google, but today is an exception. I ordered the family dinner at the drive-thru, and when I got home, I realized the chicken was raw. I had to drive back to the restaurant to complain. The manager on duty wasn't very friendly, but he did replace the chicken with a better-cooked one. Additionally, the fried yuca wasn't fried enough; it was still whitish and super soft, not crispy like they usually have it. We live close to this location...read full review
