I am deeply disappointed to report a particularly unsatisfactory experience at the Pollo Tropical drive-thru today. Despite the restaurant's previous good standards, my latest visit raised serious concerns about both food safety and customer service quality.Upon returning to work after picking up my order, I realized there was no receipt included in the bag. More critically, the portion of chicken I received was merely a quarter instead of the half I ordered and paid for. To my dismay, the chicken appeared old, featuring blackened bone edges an indication it may have been spoiled.Additionally, the accompanying salad was inedible, showing signs of spoilage with yellow and dark brown spots throughout. It is unacceptable to serve food in such a state to customers.It also seems there was a significant error in order processing. Although the staff member confirmed my order verbally, what I received was completely different. This experience compels me to question the oversight and employee training at this location.Unfortunately, I find myself compelled to share that I will not be returning to this Pollo Tropical unless there are immediate improvements in food handling and customer service. I hope this review will be taken as constructive feedback to regain the high standards once observed here.

Ordered through drive thru. Got my order wrong. Chicken was extremely undercooked. Too lazy to go back and complain. It’s always the same thing.Quality has gone down the drain in the past year or so. What a shame….

I'm not someone who typically leaves reviews on Google, but today is an exception. I ordered the family dinner at the drive-thru, and when I got home, I realized the chicken was raw. I had to drive back to the restaurant to complain. The manager on duty wasn't very friendly, but he did replace the chicken with a better-cooked one. Additionally, the fried yuca wasn't fried enough; it was still whitish and super soft, not crispy like they usually have it. We live close to this location and used to go often, but we've stopped recently because of the poor service. It's not the first time I've experienced issues, like missing sauces or receiving the wrong order. I usually don't complain because I understand mistakes happen, but when it's a frequent occurrence, it indicates a need for better training for the staff overall, including English speakers.

This is the best Pollo Tropical experience I have had. The cashier was very friendly and correctly placed the multiple orders that we made. However the people who completed the order and gave us the food did not speak any English at all so it was difficult to communicate with them. We placed takeout orders and they served it as if we were eating in.I'm the end we got things straightened out and the food was good.

This is the worst Pollo tropical I ever been too the service is slow the manager is rude they show favoritism to their customer if you don't speak Spanish they make you wait longer its dirty and overall not some where I wold recommend to any of my intern family and friends let alone to any outer towners

Bad home delivery service, they spoke very highly of Pollo Tropical but in this store they gave very bad service, my order was missing the two drinks that I ordered which they charged within the order but they did not arrive, the delivery boy when I called him said that he only delivered what they gave him in the store and when I call the store to make the claim they do not answer the phone. Very upset by such bad service.

This place literally sucks. Send my husband there to get food and it was disgusting, the cheese yuca bites were colder than the water on my fridge. The rice was under cooked and lest not talk about the avocado they gave me, it look so gross. Y’all need to do better and take your job serious, if y’all keep serving people this garbage y’all are going to get in trouble one day.
