This restaurant is amazing the service was amazing I personally love frijoles cubanos but I like them colados and the beans they had were mostly frijoles and the staff got a strainer and strained them thank u so much for this this is the best service I have ever
So far this is the best Pollo Tropical ever. Staff is amazing and always willing to help you out. Ended up getting more for less, super nice! People sometimes forget that staff are also human beings and can also make mistakes. So many bad comments and ratings that they do not deserve. Always see so many people complaining for none sense. Even though there was a small delay with part of the order, the girl knew very well how to counteract the delay with a small gift and a kind apology with a smile. I couldn't keep her name but she is a true professional.
