In preparation for an upcoming trip to Switzerland, we decided to experience what is consider a Swiss Staple. We had a great experience, and our server Caroline C was excellent, very patient and thorough in explaining to us the processes. We started with the Classic Alpine Cheese Fondue, a mixture of chesses, white wine, nutmeg and a little lemon. My Spouse and I have been enjoying the Melting Pot for over 20 years and now we take our son. We normally select THE BIG NIGHT OUT and cook with MOJO... the food is soooo delicious and you can't go wrong.
