The hot and readys are never ready. I end up waiting in the parking lot for 15-30 minutes. Someone else ordered his pizza before driving 45 mins to pick it up and they said it was going to be another 20 min. For people that pick up dinner with the kids i dont recommend. Ive been stuck in the car with a hangry toddler for 30 mins after ordering over the phone.
Pizza and staff are really quite good and so is the cheesy bread ( recommend you don't pre order or take any pizza that's been sitting longer than 10 minutes tho, it isn't a good thing.)... they do charge for the marinara sauce, problem with that is...they don't even fill the containers all the way up anymore. It should come with the entire line of bread items... Like the crazy bread...

They have gotten alot better since a few years have pasted....the food is always good now and fresh and hot. There is still a few ppl there that had BIG attitudes tho.... Not with me but ive seen it with other people when standing off to the side. And how they got treated and talked to but....
