I asked for them to correct my order she had to look for a manager for a few minutes when she arrived, she told me that since I already paid that I would have to repay and wait for the refund to come in a couple of days, in that instance I asked to just get what was on the receipt. I was originally told ten minutes. That has gone and past. No one seems to be worried about the customers just the cooks training and where he will be when it’s completed Hi guys can I please get my order? I would suggest an update for the POS system by corporate.

They have gotten alot better since a few years have pasted....the food is always good now and fresh and hot. There is still a few ppl there that had BIG attitudes tho.... Not with me but ive seen it with other people when standing off to the side. And how they got treated and talked to but....

It was busy with only 2 people working when I got there. They forgot my sauce and I forgot to check left and had to turn around and go back for it. Pepperoni bites where excellent

Update: went back in 10 mins later just to wait 10 minutes inside. My cheese pizza was still undercooked.....Original: Never have any hot and ready pizzas when I come? I thought the slogan was hot and ready? Was told my pizza would be done in 20 minutes. Came back in 20 minutes. I was told my pizza needed another 10 minutes. Someone in line mentioned the slogan, being hot and ready and there's nothing hot and ready and the manager a fit saying that the guy was making a scene when he was not making a scene he was making a statement. Every time I come here there's people driving away with no pizza because they don't wanna wait half an hour for a pizza that's supposed to be hot and ready.....

I had to wait 45 minutes, FORTY FIVE MINUTES from the time the app said it would be ready. I don't know what the hell is going on with the current staff there, but it sucks compared to the staff that used to be there about a half a year ago. After finally waiting to get my large 2 topping pizza, THIS is what I get instead. NO WHERE on the receipt does it say I wanted a pizza with toppings on only half of it. This company needs to weed out these Gen Z kids who care more about what color they want to dye their hair next week and hire people who care about customer service.

Very bad customer service for not addressing these allegations.1/6/24,: NO ONE HAS CALLED OR REACHED OUT TO RECONCILE THIS ORDER.Ordered on Jan 2nd, 2024 - FAIL!So, I ordered a custom pizza (Order ID: 1017968) with all the good stuff – Pepperoni, Green Peppers, Banana Peppers, Italian Sausage, Mushrooms, and Onions. But surprise, surprise – no call to let me know they were out of Onions and Banana Peppers. They just skipped 'em and added cup-type pepperoni I didn't even ask for. To top it off, they thought a cold pop was a fair trade for the missing toppings. Not cool!And I tipped big – $5.20 on a $22.97 order. The only highlight was the breadsticks, but they handed us an ice-cold sauce. Seriously? We were having a van picnic, driving the extra mile(s) to get better pizza than our usual spot, so heating up the sauce ourselves was not an option.Your district manager needs to school these young register clerks and managers on customer service. No excuse for not calling about missing items or suggesting substitutes. I paid for toppings I didn't get and got a topping I didn't want. Plus, the dough was way too fluffy.Not the pizza night we were hoping for. ?? #Disappointed #LittleCaesarsPizzaFAIL

Would have loved to have rated them higher than a one star, but that would have required them answering their phone. At all. Ever. Completely unacceptable.UPDATED TO ADD: I decided to go ahead and come into the store and just place a pick up order. The employee at the front counter is laaaaaazy (which also might explain why he couldn't be arsed to pick up the phone), doesn't even understand basic menu questions, and has no business being in the front of the store. Jockeying the pizza counter is going to be the definitive high point of this dude's "career." I hope he's someone's nephew because otherwise that's on management.The whole place is worthless and I'm positive they'd go out of business within a month of a 5-Star opening in town.
