“Now I know what to expect when coming to this Macdonalds you have to have to have to alway check the bags when going thur the drive-thur if it's during a slow time always ask for fresh frys I'm use to these things but what I'm not use to is the blatant disrespect and rudeness that the staff at this establishment had last night when one of the staff members was so rude to my 78 year old grandmother. When she took a bit of her burger and it was cold and the bun was hard. So my grandmother took it to the counter and asked the young lady if she could just get them to make her a new sandwich. The girl snached the burger first off the told her that no one else complained and she said "it's always the old ppl that's be complaining" I'm sorry but that's very unprofessional. So My husband told me to leave it alone so I did. But after we finished our meal the kids wanted ice cream so we sent them up to get one and the same young lady told my children word for word " yall gonna have to go somewhere else beck we ain't got no icecream" now I'm sorry but idk if this girl was having a bad night or what but there was no reason for her to be ugly like that...“

“The food was good - not excellent, and the guy at the window was very polite and helpful. It's a store within a gas station store, basically a few tables inside and a takeout window. They don't have staff or equipment for more than one car every 10 or 15 minutes. I was the only one in the car line, so I don't have to wait too long to order. Got my burger in 10-15 minutes.“

“If you can get a table, because this place is very popular, you will not be disappointed!Parking: Your best bet is the municipal building about 1 block away. Large parking lot. If all else fails try down below cbc. Parking on grass, but it is a spot.“

“We had the "Vesuvio"......a little different than a common cheese pie, so we will try a regular next time. This pizza was interesting.....no sauce ....heavy cheese with tomatoes over a very decent tasting crust with a garlicky seasoning, which tasted great. This isn't my favorite pizza presentation, but it tasted very good and all in all was a damn good pizza. The employees were all polite and working hard to get the food out to customers. This was a good pizza experience.“

“Took a day trip out to this area stopped by and grabbed lunch . Absolutely amazing good the burger was top notch, fish sandwich was also very good! Atmosphere is nice great spot to eat outside. Our waitress was amazing 10/10 . Definitely stop if you are in the area ! We will definitely make the hour and 30 min trip again.Also get the chips !!“

“I ate from here a few days and I like it. The food and service are good. The only issue is that it's too expensive. You have to also order the burger, fries, and drink separately instead of having it in a meal like what other fast food have it. I do like everything else. Just too expensive and having to the food separately instead of having it as meal is the only issue.“

“Walked in here for the first time yesterday and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I walked in just trying to get a burger and a couple beers, as soon as I walked in the staff were incredibly friendly the young lady at the register was very helpful and patient with me as I wasn't quite sure what I wanted. As I was eating the manager Jay came by to check how my food was and we ended up having an amazing conversation.This place is far beyond a burger bar the customer service takes it to another level. If you want good burgers, good beer, good customer service and a good time this is your place. Thank you to everyone that served me and I will be back soon!“

“The steak isn't grilled and I'm not a fan of marinade but it was cooked to order. I also prefer carrots and cucumbers in my salad because I don't eat tomatoes. I'll eat here again and try something different. The server was pleasant and attentive. I love the outdoor seating area. I usually don't like green beans but these were good. Please add sweet potatoes to the menu. ☺️“

“Have to say that not only are their burgers and fries amazing they provide excellent service!!! We went last night to the area to explore downtown Clermont and we decided to eat there, even though it was 5mins to closing Josh and Kadence fired back up everything and made us our meals. Not only does this place offer some good old fashioned burgers but amazing old fashioned hospitality which is very rare now in days!!! She exhibited a fun spirit and caretaking attitude to ensure we had the best experience possible as we were free to enjoy the company of long lost friends reunited for an evening of fun and enjoyment. “Usually IHOP has great food but unfortunately this Clermont location does not. It seems, every time I go to give it another chance, I find hair in my food. It's disgusting. I will not go there again.UPDATE:I've recently went back because it's now under new management.Much much better. Cleaner and the food was hot and delicious. Coffee was hot...I'm so glad for the change. Ill be going back. 4/2024.“

“Today we went in and our server was the only one serving people, she was very sweet and good service despite being the only one. We saw managers helping her out, good to see a nice functioning restaurant with managers that care about their employees.“

“The breakfast chicken biscuit was great. The men's bathroom was very dirty. The paper towel dispenser was empty and the electric hand dryer didn't work. When I mentioned no towels, one staff member told the other, "I put some in yesterday." That was yesterday. My order was to go; I didn't look around the rest of the restaurant.“
