“Wow we love Lachy! He is a tremendous server and creates the perfect atmosphere. If he is working request him and he will give you a 5 star experience. The food is pretty great, offering gluten free and healthy options aside out of this world burgers, the drinks are really good with new things on the menu all the time, but it is the waiters who make the restaurant worth visiting. This place just feels like home and everyone is welcome!“
“Went there for breakfast a few weeks ago. Ordered their Country Sausage Breakfast. It was soooo good! Everything was made to order and came to me fresh and hot. Loved the sausage, and the grits and eggs were cooked perfectly. Plus, everything was nicely seasoned. I expected to have to add salt and pepper to the eggs but I ended up not needing to! I plan to become regular at this place.“
“Every employee here was extremely friendly and greeted my husband and I as we walked through the door. I ordered a Spicy chicken and told my husband it was a little undercooked, he told me to ask them to remake it but I don’t like to complain so I said no it’s fine. Natavius overheard me and walked up to our table and offered to remake my sandwich. I said are you sure he said of course. Thank you Natavius for caring about your customers! Thank you Cherry for smiling and being so welcoming. Thank you Bry for holding the door open as I left. This is by far my favorite Culver’s. “So initially when we arrived we were seated right away however we waited over 10 min and my husband needed to even get someone to assist us.Sabrina helped us out right away and when I tell you, her service was nothing but exemplary, we had absolutely no issues from that point moving forward. Even going out of her way to customize our order to make our experience as comfortable and impeccable as possible. Between the service she gave us and the entrees we ordered we will definitely be returning. SABRINA is your go to waitress! She needs a promotion ‼️ we ordered a Baja chicken omelet, banana foster French toast and crab cake benedict with grits and that food was phenomenal!We will 100% be returning to this restaurant!!Only con: the grits are a bit runny. There are other customers who have complained about this. The flavor is definitely there IMO but the consistency isn't where it should be. They should consider revisiting thier recipe. But other than that the food was AMAZING. Especially thier Benedict hollandaise sauce!!“
“Walked in here for the first time yesterday and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I walked in just trying to get a burger and a couple beers, as soon as I walked in the staff were incredibly friendly the young lady at the register was very helpful and patient with me as I wasn't quite sure what I wanted. As I was eating the manager Jay came by to check how my food was and we ended up having an amazing conversation.This place is far beyond a burger bar the customer service takes it to another level. If you want good burgers, good beer, good customer service and a good time this is your place. Thank you to everyone that served me and I will be back soon!“
“If you want a grilled burger, they do it well. Prices make it a step more expensive than the ordinary fast food restaurant, but there is also a step up in quality. You never get cheated on fries and it would be hard for two people to not be completely happy with a single regular order.It's located in the Winter Garden mall and parking can sometimes be very frustrating. There are outdoor tables and the management is very good.“
