“We had an incredible meal at Sail. We walked up without reservations and were thrilled that there was availability and that we could do the tasting menu. We were treated amazing the entire time we dined. The bar was a lively area but the perfect setting to have dinner and not too loud to have good conversation.
The food was special - not only did it taste great; but the blend of unique flavors and the offering of unique items made it an unforgettable dining experience. They were so accommodating and knowledgeable about gluten free options and were able to make an adjustment to the tasting menu so I could participate. For as amazing as the food was, the service was just as if not more so. The staff was personably and friendly and we enjoyed engaging with each of them.

“Had a fantastic evening this past Tuesday. Not our first but as great as previous. Consistency is the key to success.. We were a group of four and each had a different entree. No complaints all around. Now for the service. Susie was absolutely fantastic. Her Italian accent is perfect even though she is not Italian!!! Delightful, funny with a great attitude. Even though she had several tables, she always found the time to make us feel special. My next reservation will definitely include a request that it be with her as the server.”

“Brooklyn Dough is the bomb dot com. One of the best breakfast sandwiches we’ve ever had. I got the spicy everything, ham, egg, cheese, with garlic herb spread. It was unholy (total foodgasm!) My other half got the steak, egg, cheese, everything. It tasted like a breakfast Philly. So good. And yes size does matter! These bad boys were huge. They’ll feed anyone’s insatiable needs.”

“Every year Naples loses and gains restaurants. Unidos, with its Latin fusion menu is a welcome addition to Naples culinary scene. The food and service are excellent. However, the atmosphere is NOISY, even on a Monday night, which makes conversation a bit difficult. Also $4 for water, but maybe that is standard now. Two people, no appetizers or desserts: two entrees, and three glasses of wine: $149. Seems kind of pricey but maybe typical.”

“This was a great meal to celebrate our engagement! Luigi the general manager came by our table to bring our wine. We decided to play their guess the sommelier wine game, and if you guessed correctly your glass ($15) would be free, unfortunately we didn’t guess correctly, which was okay because the wine was great, but we signed up to be emailed for the correct answer, and it’s been a few weeks and we haven’t received anything yet so we were disappointed since we were told in 2 weeks they usually email the answer or sooner if someone gets it sooner.
Viktor our server was very friendly and attentive, he came by every so often to asure our food, drinks and drinks experience was great. We enjoyed his thoughts on helping us decide what we each would enjoy best, since it was our first time and weren’t sure on what to pick from their menu.

The ambiance is upscale, hidden next to the Naples players, they provide valet parking, and the restrooms clean, spacious, even providing mouth rinse for their customers.
They make sure to make you feel celebrated especially if you’re there for a special occasion, from the moment the host greets you, server, GM, and at the end as well when leaving the restaurant. I personally have been to other restaurants before and specified that we are there for a birthday or what not and they barely acknowledge it, so it’s nice to have a restaurant that goes out of their way!

For our meal we decided to try their summer prefix menu, which we thought for our first time was a great deal to try out some of their items first. Every single thing we picked was absolutely delicious, I picked the lobster bisque for my starter, and the tuna for my entree both 10/10. For the dessert I went with the key lime, so good! We even received a free dessert for our engagement which was very thoughtful and delicious, it was their baked Alaska, we highly recommend it!
We will definitely come back here especially for a celebration because they really make sure you feel special and their food is worth every penny!”

I ordered the Special that was a version of Futta Di Mare, but with a Lobster tail on top.....I've had Frutta Di Mare all over the world, including Italy and this was the best, hands down.....Their home-made pasta was spot on! “Exceptional Experience at The Grill From start to finish, our evening at The Grill at The Ritz-Carlton was outstanding. The atmosphere was refined and intimate, perfect for a special occasion or a quiet luxury night out. Service was impeccable—friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive without ever feeling intrusive. The food was phenomenal. We began with a refreshing shrimp cocktail and scallops, followed by a perfectly cooked dry-aged prime ribeye, complemented by a variety of rich sauces. The sides, especially the steak fries and Brussels sprouts, were decadent and memorable. The server recommended the wine, which was exquisite. Two servers, one of whom ensured our dishes were removed and also cleared the crumbs from our table. I felt like royalty. What truly stood out was the attention to detail. The hostess was incredible. When we told her we were celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary. She seated us at the best seat in the restaurant, right by the fireplace and the piano. Every moment felt thoughtful and elevated. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking to savor top-tier cuisine and enjoy five-star service. We'll absolutely be returning.”

“We last ate at USS Nemo when we holidayed in Naples in December 2015. I can remember the meal well because the flavours were fantastic. We dined there again recently and I had the same dish - Tuna East style, a truly fabulous explosion of flavours and a perfectly cooked medium-rare piece of tuna. Hubby enjoyed his Tuna West style. We shared a crème brûlée which was delicious, great crunchy topping and a lovely textured and flavoured crème. Great service again too even though the restaurant was very busy.”

I always say it’s the little things that matter most and this hotel exhibited the little things that matter most at its finest. The hospitality is unmatched, from how I was greeted by each staff member, to the impeccable service at the coffee shop, front desk, bellmen, the adult pool and the various restaurants. The ocean front room added the magic touch…I would highly recommend it and I throughly enjoyed having morning coffee and evening tea on the balcony while listening to the ocean waves. “So January Friday 31st me and a co-worker were looking for some good Mexican food Latin food to eat. We stumbled upon this place and I'm glad we did. It used to be a nightclub now they're serving food. Being an LA born and raised I know good Mexican food I know good Latin American food. This place is amazing. Me and my co-worker both got the $30 burrito. It's supposed to be for two people but we're greedy we both ate one by ourselves. It comes with steak chicken and shrimp. It was absolutely delicious I even had them add chorizo to mine I highly recommend their chorizo phenomenal. The place is a little bit rough around the edges but they're remodeling. And it takes money. I highly recommend this establishment. The server was awesome the whole family works in the kitchen phenomenal food you will not be disappointed I promise. I will be going out of my way an hour and 15 minute drive to take my family there this coming weekend. I noticed there was a lot of bad reviews from years past. Don't pay no attention to those reviews. I promise you. If your main objective is great food. You will not be disappointed. Food and service is excellent. We do prefer the afternoon menu to evening menu. Servers ( food and bar) exceptional. Always with a smile. We have brought several friends different times to enjoy food , ambiance and music. Minor complaint tho., we went last evening with two other couples. Ordered the pretzel appetizer and fried pickles and onion rings ( our favorite) told the menu changed at 5 pm. They still offered the peel and eat shrimp which is outstanding. We have always gone late afternoon with the afternoon menu. Last night when we arrived were told the menu changed at 5 pm. Definitely not as appealing as the afternoon menu. The pool area is very casual and the afternoon menu should be available all day. All in all, it has become one of our favorite places here in Naples. Food, service and prices are excellent!”
