“Went for brunch. Food was delicious & portions were very large. Two of us got the avocado toast & each could only finish about half. Others had pancakes, eggs Benedict, & make your own scramble--all excellent & large. Service was ok, maybe a little confusing as it seemed we had multiple servers, but we did have a group of 5 & didn't all arrive at the same time & they did check on us often. Open, airy location & easy to find. Will definitely return.“
“No way around it, Goldies slaps. The price, the service, the food. Delicious, quality and inexpensive. I almost walked past it cause she got a cute lil facelift but the tasty smell caught my eye. “Staying at the Cove and having my second breakfast here. Yesterday was scrambled eggs, 3 thick rashers of bacon (awesome) and a side of hash browns. Today just a side of hash browns and sausage patty. FYI, cash only. You can put it on your room is staying here, but 20% gratuity (we were informed half to the Inn, half to the restaurant. Super service, a LOT of servers and runners.“

“JD is a funky retro diner where it seems many are regular customers. Today was our first time. We went for breakfast. It can get a bit noisy inside when full and customers have their caffeine kicking in. There is seating outside, weather permitting. Emily was our friendly, attentive server. We had a Natural/Veggie Omlette and Cheese Blintzes with two eggs, and of course tea and coffee. A lot of tasty food at reasonable prices. That is why JD is so popular.“
“Always have such a good experience here! But this review is for Darlene (Manager)!! I often sit at the bar and while the whole staff is wonderful, as a server myself, I can appreciate how amazing Darlene is to her team. Every time I’ve come in she is always assisting with food running, seating, taking payments, answering phones, etc.. all while talking to and treating people with extreme kindness. I admire how she treats her regulars especially the older folks . If you haven’t been to this location before, try it out next time and say hi to her! Thanks for being you Darlene!“

“This is the go-to restaurant for me and my daughter's late night dinners. Being a single dad I don't get much time off. Every time I bring my daughter into this restaurant she is greeted with nothing but kindness.Kid-friendliness: I wish I knew the lady's name that is usually there in the evenings. She is an Asian lady but she is by far Unforgettable always treats my daughter like it's one of her kids. Whenever she puts songs on the jukebox I've literally never had to ask for them to turn it up a little they always crank it up for her. And no one has ever said anything about her dancing in the restaurant which is awesome.“
