Maybe I'm spoiled in this regard, but I really can't recommend choosing a dessert there. I would definitely order the starter and main course again.”

Vegetarian options: They got eggs bunch of wheat based products and a plethora of veggies. Biggest takeaway is READ THE MENU.
Dietary restrictions: If ya got the Dee-uhh-beat-tish then you prolly not a good idea. skip because as tou guys know my my my my mmmomma said sugar is the devil
Parking: Parking is good. However if you want to to southbound on Davis and are turning left out of the exit/ entrance closest to capital pawn. Be careful, your muscle memory of those then will almost drive you into the curbed median divider, you know right next to the unnecessary bushes and shrubs that obstructs a safe view if oncoming cross traffic
Kid-friendliness: Definitely! They love screaming/crying babies and cleaning up the extremely soiled kids chair and vacuuming the floor before they flip that table
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s a restaurant they’re legally obligated to comply with current ADA regulations.”

“We last ate at USS Nemo when we holidayed in Naples in December 2015. I can remember the meal well because the flavours were fantastic. We dined there again recently and I had the same dish - Tuna East style, a truly fabulous explosion of flavours and a perfectly cooked medium-rare piece of tuna. Hubby enjoyed his Tuna West style. We shared a crème brûlée which was delicious, great crunchy topping and a lovely textured and flavoured crème. Great service again too even though the restaurant was very busy.”

I always say it’s the little things that matter most and this hotel exhibited the little things that matter most at its finest. The hospitality is unmatched, from how I was greeted by each staff member, to the impeccable service at the coffee shop, front desk, bellmen, the adult pool and the various restaurants. The ocean front room added the magic touch…I would highly recommend it and I throughly enjoyed having morning coffee and evening tea on the balcony while listening to the ocean waves. Cleanliness throughout the hotel including the hotel and pool bathrooms was superb. Thank you to the entire staff at the Naples Ritz Carlton for making my trip so amazing and relaxing…and one that I will never forget! I can’t wait to return! The soup was terrific but the meal was underwhelming. Now instead of good size pieces of cod they are serving three fish sticks… awful. Change the menu.. instead of fish and chips it should be “fish sticks and chips“. I don’t think we’ll go back.”

I went 2 weeks ago and Mary Kate my bartender/server was horribly slow. I had one drink and wings and took about an hour on a Sunday about 1pm. She had no sense of urgency and was not attentive at all. I love the place, but can't continue to go if this slow service is the norm from the bar. At the Tampa location the service was great and they had not one table available. Sarasota needs to step it up!”

“Perfectly clean jernt, but I'm more of an 1927 hotel ambiance guy. So, my first experience there tonight. I asked for a glass of Chianti. They didn't have it. OK. A glass of French Pinot Noir. They didn't have it. They had lots of California, and a Russian River - also from California. They charming bartender, Taylor was feeling a little, maybe, embarrassed. She gave me a taste of something, but it was a no go. So, I gave up. "OK. Just give me a glass of lemonade". She giggled. They didn't have that either. I settled for water, ordered a snack. After a while, Taylor gave me a sample of the Cote Du Rhone. That was good. Almost like Chianti. Went with that. So, was a fine experience, with a great staff, and an over all great experience thanks to Taylor and staff and good prices, good snack. It might be delightful for them to get a French Pinot Noir or an Italian Classico Chianti, but..... I guess I have unpopular taste. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it.”

We have brought several friends different times to enjoy food , ambiance and music. Minor complaint tho., we went last evening with two other couples. Ordered the pretzel appetizer and fried pickles and onion rings ( our favorite) told the menu changed at 5 pm. They still offered the peel and eat shrimp which is outstanding. We have always gone late afternoon with the afternoon menu. Last night when we arrived were told the menu changed at 5 pm. Definitely not as appealing as the afternoon menu. The pool area is very casual and the afternoon menu should be available all day. All in all, it has become one of our favorite places here in Naples. Food, service and prices are excellent!”

However, the atmosphere is NOISY, even on a Monday night, which makes conversation a bit difficult. Also $4 for water, but maybe that is standard now. Two people, no appetizers or desserts: two entrees, and three glasses of wine: $149. Seems kind of pricey but maybe typical.”

“Deep Sixing the Deep Lagoon! This was the Casey Key location!! Had dinner here tonight 4/7/2025, and was terribly disappointed in the kitchen service and the food. When we arrived, we were told that our party was already seated and where. The hostess did not take us to the table, but rather went back to " playing " on her cell phone while we walked to the back room to find our party. Our server was very nice but overwhelmed, as she had 4 large parties to handle in addition to our table of 4. My soup came out cold, I returned it, and waited over 15 minutes before I was able to flag down our server to get me a new soup. The new one brought was lukewarm at best. Dinners were brought out piecemeal. Only two arrived, and the were lukewarm, the hollandaise sauce on my husband's entree was congealed, so we knew it had been sitting for a while. Because we waited over 45 minutes for our meals, my companions decided to eat. My salad consisted on a small piece of blackened Mahi- Mahi( cold) which was placed upon 7 large Romaine leaves. They were not cut in any way, just put on the plate, with the cherry tomatoes, and other things around the plate. I called the Waitress over, told her this was unacceptable for $29, and requested just a side salad. She was very accommodating, and apologized profusely, even taking the fish off the bill, and giving it to me on the side. ( I didn't eat it, as it didn't taste fresh). Unfortunately, there are too many other restaurants in the Sarasota area that compete for my money. We won't be giving Deep Lagoon another chance. Beverly Gruensfelder”
