Love Burger King, they are probably understaffed. 2 visits ago service was really slow, last visit I guess they didn't hear well my order, I got what I paid for, but that wasn't what I wanted. Not complaining about the staff, I just think they need more help to fulfill the restaurant needs. They have always been friendly and polite.

This is the worst BK ever. How can you be this bad when you are located so close to the home office? Literally 37 minutes in the drive thru because there is one very incompetent (or stoned) kid running the drive thru. Went in to use the restroom while waiting in the line and was very dirty. Sticky sticky floor, no soap in restroom. Employee running the counter slipping and sliding on the floors that another employee had just sprayed down (no mats at register)? How about instead of playing on the wet floor you clean your place of employment...When we finally did receive our food, it was all correct, warm and seemingly fresh so no complaints there.

Everything is good accept for managers manners! He’s calling out my order is ready and we are getting up to get it and he shouts it out so loud everyone dining in looks over in silence cause apparently we are not fast enough so when i get there half my order is not even ready. So what was the point of his rudeness.
Prices are up and burgers have shrink a good amount. Still good taste but less to eat. I was there around 4 pm and suddenly it was very different to much noise and this young students took over the whole place, we left quickly. Like to go back at a better more quiet time to enjoy the food.

The food is not the issue. However common sense goes a long way. if you order a whopper with cheese and bacon medium meal. it should not total to 25 dollars. one burger should not be 25 with medium fries. The manager kept telling us that adding the cheese alone was extra and taking off the pickles is extra. yet they have a whopper with cheese option but the manager did know what she was doing when it came to finessing . she put me under a regular double whopper and then added the cheese and bacon and charged me for taking off the pickles . Obviously thats something you do to a sucker. im not going to spend 25 dollars on a whopper. she could have put me under a whopper with cheese which would be like 10 bucks plus bacon should be like 12 maybe 14 bucks. soo i said ill just get a bacon king meal instead . i didnt add any modifications since it has everything i originally asked for in my double whopper with cheese and bacon, the total was 11 something. she obviously tried to justify it and although it made sense on the computer because she basically rang me for a normal double whopper then proceeded to do the add ons which costs money ( although still skeptical at how it went from 11 to 25) I was not going to spend 25 dollars on a burger from burger king because i asked for bacon and cheese when you have it on your menu ,i just didnt say what Number i wanted which gave the person taking my order the OK to just create my burger from scratch .In the Future its always good to not screw over the customer and defenitly talk more about the menu and explain the deals. because someone like me is going to notice that youre finessing. she tried to convince me not to cancel the order since she already submitted it ,but like i said, youre not gonna get me to spend 25 dollars on a burger and medium fries and didnt even have my diet dr pepper. I dont usually eat fast food, i love to cook, but today was a day that i didnt mind paying for food, but not 25 dollars for a single burger. 25 dollars can be a weeks worth of grocery to some people. be more realistic burger king. If wendys was in golden gate , Im sure youd stop pulling those stunts lol!
