I think people with exceptional character should be recognized. The women who helped this morning did a phenomenal job with customer service and showed they understand the changing dynamics in the business as well as how to minimize and resolve problems before they occur.
Love Burger King, they are probably understaffed. 2 visits ago service was really slow, last visit I guess they didn't hear well my order, I got what I paid for, but that wasn't what I wanted. Not complaining about the staff, I just think they need more help to fulfill the restaurant needs. They have always been friendly and polite.
