very disappointed, today I woke up wanting to eat a cinnamon and raisin bagel, I feel like I dreamed it, I went for it, I ordered two, one toasted with cream cheese and the other untoasted and without cream to do it later at home and a coffee with milk When I got home to have my breakfast I had 2 untoasted bagels of everything??? I think the staff is not trained when I went for my order the person in charge of bringing my order was playing with another employee very upset, I will drive a little further and buy it somewhere else

I live two blocks from the coffee shop so, I am a regular. Unfortunately I don't go there anymore because of the staff. They are definitely not customer orientated. Very unpolite and rude day after day. I usually order hot latte and many times what I got instead was regular coffee with milk and I always had to go back in and order for them to change it. Bagel sometimes is not fresh. I choose to drive a few miles more now everyday just so I don't deal with those rude people.

Long time Dunkin Donuts customer and lately the food has been less than appealing. Today at Gateway Naples location the Bagel was so hard you could have broken a tooth. The other sandwhich wasn’t even hot and no flavor. Not sure what’s happening here but hope things change for the better or won’t be

Like others have said, a hit or miss. Sometimes the employees are awesome and the food is very good, other times the employees are rude AF and the food is ice cold... 8/10 times my coffee is good. Today though.... I ordered a bacon egg and cheese pancake wrap which was fine but the syrup they gave me looked normal from the outside but when I opened it to use it it was FULL of ants. Literally more ants than syrup... Very gross and alarming. And this isn't this locations problem, this one is a Dunkin problem, BRING BACK THE LOADED HASH BROWNS!! ONLY THING ON THE MENU THAT WAS ALWAYS TASTTY AND WORTH THE OVERPRICE

I go to this dunkin almost ever morning because it’s close to my house. It’s hit or miss. But the way they make their cold brew is a monstrosity! Literally looks like iced tea it’s so watery! It’s so frustrating then I have to pay extra to add a shot because they can’t make it correctly.

Cold brew was fantastic honestly the best Dunkin coffee I’ve had in awhile. Staff was super friendly and fast. Also the bathrooms were pretty clean for a Dunkin.
