Like others have said, a hit or miss. Sometimes the employees are awesome and the food is very good, other times the employees are rude AF and the food is ice cold... 8/10 times my coffee is good. Today though.... I ordered a bacon egg and cheese pancake wrap which was fine but the syrup they gave me looked normal from the outside but when I opened it to use it it was FULL of ants. This is the finest Dunkin in the country. The staff are refeshingly positive each day. They always get the order right and in a timely manner. As much as I like the coffee, I appreciate the customer service even more.

Dropped in this morning for a ice beverage, my greeting was outstanding and I felt like they actually wanted me there. Not like DD @ Davis & Collier . I drive literally to this location on Golden Gate PkWy to get better service ! !
