Received a $10 coupon in the mail. Went to use out coupon with a $300 bill of which over $200 was food. They refused the coupon because there was alcohol on the bill even though the coupon says you need $60 of food, coupon not including alcohol. What a scam!Came her because we got coupon in the mail. Won’t ever eat here again!

Just ordered what I thought would be dinner. To my surprise, when my order arrived, the appetizer kookaburra wings were all raw!!! Yup, you guessed it RAW!!! I discovered this right after I blindly ate two of them. This will probably be the beginning of a very long evening with food poisoning (salmonella) or who knows, an extended hospital stay for me. I wouldn't even think of eating the rest. I called the restaurant and I was told by the manager to take it up with Door Dash. Great manager, not a care in the world and said how about a couple of gift cards.Outback of Naples - here are some pictures of your culinary disaster and a reminder that people are and will be getting sick. Next stop, the Collier County Health Department!!!!!Complete and utter DOG FOOD!!! I wouldn't even call it that....

Our waitress accidentally entered our order incorrectly but she fixed the bill without hesitation. We ended up each getting the bone-in ribeyes. They were cooked to perfection and they were very flavorful. We had veggies for sides and they were also done quite well. Normally, when you order steamed type veggies, they come out way overcooked. These were done perfectly. Good experience.The only bad part of the experience was that it rained all day so the parking lot was basically submerged in water so getting in and out of our vehicle was impossible without getting our feet wet. Drainage should be fixed, but that is probably a property management issue.
