Our waitress accidentally entered our order incorrectly but she fixed the bill without hesitation. We ended up each getting the bone-in ribeyes. They were cooked to perfection and they were very flavorful. We had veggies for sides and they were also done quite well. Normally, when you order steamed type veggies, they come out way overcooked. Invited a friend from out of town for dinner 02/02/24. We were seated quickly as we had called ahead. Drinks ordered and arrived quickly, meals ordered and after a longer than normal period our dinners arrived. We questioned where are the salads as they were brought to the table. Two of the Alice spring chickens had no bacon and the mixed vegetables were not cooked complete. We went to Outback with the family. Ashley was our waitress. It adapted to our times and was of great help. We ordered 5 main dishes, all with sirlon. 2 with sirlon and shrimp, 1 with sirlon and chicken, one with sirlon and ribs and another with pure sirlon. When the food arrived, one of the dishes was incorrect, because it was just chicken, but Asheley came to the table, apologized, and resolved the situation.
