The coffee is just the way I like it, strong. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. “Finally went to Bay House tonight (3/24/24). From the moment we pulled up and was greeted by a really personable and professional valet we had high hopes.Next were immediately seated by friendly hostess to what felt like the best table ( corner with view of river ) then greeted by our lovely, efficient & attentive waitress.We all opted for the 3 course dinner and it was amazing. I had the delicious short ribs and was casually mentioning to my friend there was a little fat in the middle. Waitress overheard and she and manager could not have acted quicker, insisting on replacing my meal! I wasn’t planning on saying anything to staff.Ended up taking some of my meal home as well as one of my dessert beignets so very decent portions for the price.I will definitely be returning. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“I preordered a heat and serve meal for Easter. Pick up was easy and fast, everything was packaged great and in a large box to transport. Heating instructions were detailed and easy to follow. We ordered the 4-6 person meal and we had dinner for 2 nights and still leftover ham. Everything was delicious!“

I've only done pickup orders- they are fast and efficient and have your food hot and ready to pick up at the exact time they tell you it'll be ready. All the girls at the pick-up counter are always so nice! I usually get the chicken dinner, and my husband gets the rib dinner. Everything is delicious! Their fried Okra is the bomb!Parking: The parking lot is a little tight, but there's plenty of spots no matter what. Plus they have 3 spots right up front designated for pickup orders.Kid-friendliness: Good kids meal selection.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps or stairs. Wheelchair friendly location.“
