Rented for a month. Paid way to much for the quality. The hours of the coffee shop and bistro as well as the theatre are closed more than open. The staff at Ole is miserable. From the business office where we picked up our vacation tags, to the pool wait staff, all are put off if you ask for anything. This is the worst association ever ever ever you're paying almost $900 a month and assessments. It is terrible. The neighbors are terrible. There's never any parking and God for bid you need disabled parking it's like a big issue yeah and they let people drill into your walls at 7 AM in the morning so if you enjoy that live there, oh and by the way, the way they constructed the condos are so old they were constructed in 2012 that you can hear every little thing especially footsteps...read full review
