I only bought a gift certificate so I can’t say too much and I gave a middle of the road star rating. I can say this though. The cook staff in the back had long hair and beards and no face/head nets. Ick.
Kelley and his team are awesome!! I would give them 100 stars if I could. Each and every staff member remembers my name, my order and are always so nice. I have worked in customer service for many years so when I am treated great, I have to let it be known. The store and bathroom are always clean. They are fast and efficient. It is very disheartening to see a bunch of people chatting in the back and not taking my order. They didn't even make eye contact and say something for the wait or anything. To add insult to injury, the back of their shirt says "You're on Tropoc time now" which if you aren't visiting on a timed lunch break might be ok.
