I order here all the time nowadays because the food is amazing especially for the price but the service needs lots of work, twice I had the staff forget our sundaes and they offered no apology and I watched the staff take less than 2 minutes to make it right in front of me, both times they weren't busy at all, and one time the manager I assume got sassy with me when the food didn't come out together and I wanted to make sure everything was ok, I never have been rude or anything...read full review
The drive thru is SO painfully slow. The ice cream itself is good. It’ll take at least 30-40 minutes to get one ice cream on a week night. And like others have said you’re kinda stuck once you’re in the drive thru.

I got to the drive thru around 9:20 I get it busy I ordered a blizzard and 2 chili dogs got the blizzard for my roommate already melted waited for the chili dogs in the parking lot and went inside to get it and it was almost 10 when I got out there and felt like they were laughing about
