I got to the drive thru around 9:20 I get it busy I ordered a blizzard and 2 chili dogs got the blizzard for my roommate already melted waited for the chili dogs in the parking lot and went inside to get it and it was almost 10 when I got out there and felt like they were laughing about

Food is good but no matter the line it is a minimum wait of 20 minutes in the drive thru.The last time was on a mobile order and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. 30 minutes after placing my order they were still making my order. A burger fries and two blizzards.

I order here all the time nowadays because the food is amazing especially for the price but the service needs lots of work, twice I had the staff forget our sundaes and they offered no apology and I watched the staff take less than 2 minutes to make it right in front of me, both times they weren't busy at all, and one time the manager I assume got sassy with me when the food didn't come out together and I wanted to make sure everything was ok, I never have been rude or anything to the staff because I don't do that to fast food workers but it really feels terrible to be forgotten after 20 minutes and then they act like nothing was wrong, next time I'm just going to make sure I get my ice cream with the food so hopefully this doesn't happen again.

The drive thru is SO painfully slow. The ice cream itself is good. It’ll take at least 30-40 minutes to get one ice cream on a week night. And like others have said you’re kinda stuck once you’re in the drive thru.

For the long wait I would have expected hot food. Fries cold, no ketchup, burger average. Chicken strips tough. First and only visit, would not consider a second time.

Horrible restaurant, there was an old lady who worked there yelled at my siblings for no reason at all , accusing them just bc she saw a curly head boy in the drive thru and today was free ice cream cone day and she was saying “ I’m not going to be playing games at all with you” just because she thought one of my siblings were a different person. Hopefully you guys fire that old lady
This has to be the slowest "fast" food establishment I've ever been to. I don't know what the deal is. I've been here 3 times in the last 6 months, and every time it takes over 20 minutes to get out of the drive thru. Won't be back.

We LOVE DQ, and have it whenever we can…well, tonight put the cherry on top of the sundae! We walked in to a full house, not realizing that Tuesday nights are Karaoke Nights! What a great find. So nice meeting lovely Georgia and her crew hosting the crowd, serving ice cream and taking the time to chat! This is what a community should look like! Great job DQ CREW!! We will be back! (And maybe sing!)

Great place for some ice cream, shout out to Brooke for making me a Royal Cheesecake Blizzard, it really brought me back to my childhood memories of Diary Queen. The place is fairly clean and well kept outside, service was great and timely.
