“My daughter and I visited for the first time today and we were thrilled with this place! Unlike some other smoothie places, there is no added sugar in the majority of the menu items. ? And it's a cute little spot to just sit down and enjoy your treat. We don't live in New Smyrna anymore but this is going to be the go-to smoothie place for us!“

“We stumbled on this place having never heard anything about it. It's only been open 5 months but it's sure to be a hit. Similarly priced to its competitors it offers the opportunity to eat your rolled up freshly made over cream into a waffle come taco shell. It's the prefect treat for a day beachside. May, the owner, has a passion and it shows in their food and service. I suppose the atmosphere is mostly that of an average ice cream shop. They didn't their money on making the product not on fancy accoutrements... and I'm grateful they did. Try it out!“
“My family Loves this place!!! There are so many flavors to choose from and they can twist them an any combination you would like. My favorite is pistachio and vanilla. HEAVEN so creamy. We stop here every year while on vaycay. Sometimes 2-3 times per trip. YUMMY“

“After searching around and failing to find several other nutrition shops, we were really glad to discover Coastal Nutrition. They just have a giant poster above their storefront but it wasn’t too difficult to find using gps.Normally, when you go to a nutrition shop there is a decent sized list of teas and protein shakes to choose from. They had a good variety of shakes, but only several energizer teas. Two, to be specific, which was odd to me. And then they rotate each week I think, so the options for a tea that is caffeinated is pretty limited.The two tea flavors when we visited were the. Blueberry Lemonade and Gummy Bear. I tried the Gummy Bear, and it was really sweet but I loved it. The lady working behind the bar was super cool and nice, and I’d definitely stop by again. It’s also not too far from the beach so it would be a great post or pre-pick me up!“
“I really enjoy the shakes this place offers and I am a big fan of the nutter butter shake because peanut butter rocks!!!!! The nutter butter has 29 grams of protein and without whip cream about 300 calories. Must go here before your workout because it was only $7“
“First and second experience was great! John, the one who flips the sign, gave me the 10% card to try it out… WHOA ? Hooked!! My favorite: açaí with honey, a drizzle of cream, granola, bananas, and blueberries. Don’t forget to add your protein of choice (mines cocoa)!?“
“Overall love the food, good flavor, easy to reheat, and always consistent. Obviously, like any meal plan or food service, you need to try several to figure out what you like and don’t. I highly recommended, going in and trying 4 or 5 options, you will not be disappointed! My only advice is to make sure you you actually look at the ingredients and info on the label. I’m not a huge fan of cauliflower rice and I bought a few of the “Brisket Mac and Cheese” (thinking it was protein pasta) but it was made with cauliflower rice. Not their fault at all, I just didn’t read the label.“
“I love stopping here when visiting. The smoothies are good and healthy and the staff are always friendly. I was just really bummed this morning when i went an hour after they were supposed to be opened but they were closed with no explanation. I tried calling the number but no answer.“
“The hot dogs are really good! The ice cream is great with lots of flavors to choose from!! The staff are friendly and patient(as they wait for you to decide what flavor Ice cream you want). Hahaha, especially if you bring the kids. There's outside picnic tables and drive thru. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit, there were only two working when my family stopped in, but we thought it was worth the wait. Give it a try. It's a great place to chill in the heat!“

“Had a Banana split. It was very good but not a traditional split. Had all vanilla soft serve where a traditional has chocolate vanilla and strawberry. It also had no chocolate sauce . Condiments were good and it was good just not what I was looking for.“
