“Best place on New Smyrna Beach & in the Daytona area. 2-3 outdoor tables, 3 indoor tables & 10ish bar seats. If there’s a wait, it moves quickly and there’s plenty of fun shops to explore. Excellent service & food. Drinks are reasonably priced. Portions are generous, everything is made fresh to order and the place runs like a well oiled machine. This was probably my 10th visit here, and it’s always been top notch. Make sure you order the garlic knots, I dream about them when I’m back home!“
“We found Third Wave Cafe & Wine Bar on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive Ins and Dives show and we are impressed! The food, the service and the atmosphere is excellent. We started with the Bagna Cauda which is a delicious French baguette served with warm olive oil garlic Confit, aged balsamic vinegar, fresh herbs, Parmigiano Reggiano, fire roasted veggies and anchovies. For our meals, we shared the Creste de Gallo which was a delicious fresh made pasta, broken scallops, Florida rock shrimp, semolina pasta, mushrooms, artichokes, cherry tomatoes, capers, tossed in scampi butter & pecorino. We also shared a Burrantina pizza, hand-crafted Burrata, house mozzarella, Parmigiano Reggiano, Peruvian pepper relish, baby arugula, charred artichoke, basil pesto, tomato, tomato sauce, balsamic glaze EVOO. The food was delicious and we took leftovers home for lunch! Definitely recommend this place if you're in New Smyrna Beach!“
“My friends and I go to dinner every Wednesday and try different places each week. Today we came here! We absolutely loved our dinner. Each and every one of us. The atmosphere was great and Victoria was outstanding! I also must say it was nice to have the manager come by, twice, and checked on us and had conversation with us. You don’t see that very often at restaurants. We definitely will be back!“
“My wife and I had an amazing time at Spanish River Grill last night. Our server Gene was a true gentleman and knew his stuff. Food was flawless and the flavors were banging! The whipped feta appetizer and setas (sauteed mushrooms) were perfect! Definitely coming back here again! Thanks “
“Been there many times.Every time. Perfect. Every dish I've had is great. Fave is french onion soup. Not a fish filet fan but have loved every specialty dish I've tried with fish...3 times...swordfish, trout and I don't remember. I think a wahoo. The Brussel sprouts and asparagus are epic. Key lime parfait on point. Tiramisu when offered, perfect. Creme brulee perfect.Chef comes out and interacts when not preparing the amazing dishes he does. All servers have been phenomenal.“
“Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Flagler Avenue is a quiet patio with tables and chairs, umbrellas, and fans on hot days. This patio is shared by a few restaurants. We visited Lil Dog Bar on Monday because this New Yorker was in the mood for a good hot dog. Lil Dog Bar did not disappoint. I had a dog with brown mustard and relish. My husband had the Johnny, topped with beef chili, chopped onions, and brown mustard and he thought he was really good. There are also retail stores surrounding the patio so you can do a bit of window shopping while you eat.“
“Had the greatest time on a rainy night in March. We came to see Jeff Howell perform (along with Casey Howell) and were treated to caring, attentive seevice, and a great wine selection.CH has a small selection of small plates (charcuterie, fruits, veggies, and cheeses.Along with their normal large selections of wines they serve a rotation of "special event" wines. All in all a comfortable place we need to return to.Parking: Lots of parking within a block or two.“
“Based on their ad in the local dining magazine, we expected a little more upscale restaurant. We found out the food was outstanding, the service from Amanda was excellent. The meal came with warm bread and a salad, which to don't find anymore. The negative was it was really loud, and for some reason they had an amplified one man band in the dining room instead of the bar which made it even louder. The food and service was so good at a reasonable price we will be back, but not when they have music in the dining room. I like live music, but it was in the wrong room at the wrong time.“
“From the house wine to the tirimisu we thoroughly enjoyed every bite we ate. The crepe lasagna is one of a kind and a must try if you've never had it. The service was great and it was very busy for a Wednesday night. A quaint little gem right on Flagler Ave.“
“We were looking for a dinner spot in New Smyrna and we found Tin & Taco and let me tell you the food was incredible! The atmosphere and staff were absolutely amazing and we had such a good time! This place is definitely a new favorite and we will 100% be coming back in the future. They also have Stubborn soda which is a huge plus. Just so dang good“
“Had the best pina colada of my life here - super smooth and creamy, included a generous dark rum floater at no extra charge. The bartender at the patio was was really friendly and it’s hard to beat the dock and water views. I will happily return to JBs any time I’m in the area“
“The live singer lured us in from the street with her angelic voice on Saturday evening. My husband and I had been snacking throughout the day so we were just looking for a drink and small bite each. I had their clam chowder and could have screamed it was so heavenly tasting! Generous amounts of clam and the broth was peppery-perfect! Our server Melanie was spot on recommending the courtyard mussels! I have never ever tasted mussels so delicious. The goat cheese, bacon combo was genius. We can’t wait to go back and enjoy more from the menu. Melanie was really a highlight for us throughout our time there, very well timed service and her overall demeanor was lovely. This restaurant is a gem and so is Melanie!!“
