Okay... so the food is good... my complaint here is every time I order a meal including coleslaw, they ask me "do you want the coleslaw?" Yes I want the coleslaw that's why I'm ordering the meal that comes with it! Lol... I think it's some company policy to cut costs... and then the other thing is they ask if you want to pay extra for a large which I say yes and it's always the same size as a regular meal... so no point... also they are super stingy on their sauces and will charge...read full review
First experience at this location did not go well, posted a review and ownerships response was very quick. Very impressed with their concerns and they made the issue right. Food was great!

I've never had Zaxby's before but get getting deliveries for them on Uber, doordash, and GrubHub. I'll start with that aspect as they usually are quick and easy order pick up process. Food seems to be timed good so your delivering fresh food but also not have to wait so long for it.And finally sat down to try it out.
