The Borrek was light and fresh with the tzatziki. The Doner kabab and Iskender were both excellent and with large portions. Highly recommend both.“
“The food was amazing. I ordered a half pepperoni and half cheese pizza. It had a perfectly cooked crust and the flavor was immaculate. Other than the amazing food, the service was top tier. The owner took our order and engaged in conversations with us while maintaining professional. The atmosphere/ambiance in the restaurant was super positive. High energy and I felt the positivity through my whole meal. Definitely will go back whenever I'm in Sarasota.“
“You are paying for more than just the view; the food is pretty delicious. We had the strawberry jalapeño pitcher, breakfast tacos, and shrimp & grits. Our server was excellent! She was attentive and available just enough if we needed something she was on it. The margaritas were delicious; my only recommendation and this is a personal preference on heat, was jalapeños could have been muddled a bit more. My husband ordered the breakfast tacos. He said, they were excellent! The eggs were cooked perfectly, and his only recommendation a little more seasoning on the diced red potato side dish. My Shrimp & grits were perfect! We will be back?“

“My husband and I visited for the first time in October during our 3 week vacation. I cannot say good enough things about this place! The people there are so friendly and welcoming in true Irish spirit! The food was amazing and worth every penny spent! We even got to talk with the owner while we were there…both times. It was so good that we made sure to go back a second time before we came back home to Ohio. I’m so sorry we didn’t check the place out our first week there because that probably would have become our second home while we were there! Eileen is awesome!“
“Dropped in for lunch w my wife Saturday 2/24. Arrived b4 they opened. Immediately treated like family. Though they didn't open till 11, one of the servers seated us, provided a menu and drinks until 11 when we could order lunch. We ate inside, the food, atmosphere and service were wonderful.We were looking for the best pizza in the Venice area and found it. Really great experience.“

And this is definitely one of the BEST pizzas I’ve had in a very long time . I was extremely satisfied . Worth every penny . “Mike and the crew do a great job making this bar "your" bar. While they do not serve food, I believe you can bring in your favorite eats from nearby, and there are plenty of choices. Sure, there may be places that lend themselves to being trendier, with loud music and a barrage of lights, but this place makes you feel relaxed and at home. “I was there the night that the recent 1 star review was left.That group came in very rude and almost seemed like they were looking for a fight from the very beginning. The males in the group were threatening to kill people and the girls were screaming at poor Hannah, calling her white trash and worse. The females in the group even started to verbally assault me before I ever spoke a word. Their behavior was so wildly out of line that another patron called the police.Hannah has served me many times and is always the kindest and most professional bartender to EVERYONE! As far as water getting thrown I didn't see it and saw no evidence of it happening after the group left.“

“Sat outside with my pups and atmosphere was pretty cool for the area...alot of hustle n bustle. Let me just say this, by the end of the meal, I've never trusted a waiters suggestion more in my life than I did here ? seriously his descriptions took the words right out of my mouth. He has a gift! Started with the vegan pizza with impossible sausage ? WoOoOoW so yummy. (I'm picky with pizza also) ? then per our waiters suggestion had the Fiocchi Di Pera. Which is a pasta filled with a blend of four cheeses and pear in a truffle cream sauce. Probably one of my favorite pasta dishes I've ever had. The pear really set this dish off, the perfect amount of subtle sweetness. Had the tiramisu to finish the meal, which was alright, would not order this dessert again. The tiramisu had too much cream without enough lady fingers or coffee flavor.. went against our waiters' recommendation, so lesson learned. All n all I LOVED this meal and experience. Can't wait to come back.“

“Day bartender is Lori. Everyone loves her and her smiles will make you see why. Everyone here has received a hug from her when they tan out. Music is fun. Pizza is fantastic as are the sandwiches and salads. If you miss the true pubs from back home, come find this place. It does take actively work to locate it but it's worth the effort.
