I use the BK app to get points and discounts. I gave the cashier ( didn't get her name)my order and then showed her my discount code. She rudely stated that I needed to show her the code before placing my order, and proceeding to ramble on about how she had to get the key to correct this. No one ever told me this and I use my app all over SW Florida. If thst is the correct way, it could've been relayed to me in a better way. If this food was for me, I would've left without ordering. But my husband needed to eat at that time, so I had to pray and continue. She needs some customer service training.

I love Burger King but the gal that took my order was not listening to what I was ordering so I ordered a Double Whopper with onion rings and a Sprite with no ice guess what I got the Double Whopper of course how can you miss that up but then I got French fries and I had to swap them out for onion rings and then I got a Sprite with a butt load of ice and she had to dump the whole thing out what a waste why don't people listen it just drives me bananas next time I'm just going to go inside the heck with the drive-thru

They screw up your order, then ask for a receipt that they never give you!!! Nice tactic!! Gm says she a manager then denies it when you call her out on it!..last time at this location..people get your receipt they will short you on your food and hard earned money!!!! Don't support restaurants like this!!!
Haven't had fast food in what seems like years! But Friday, I didn't get a chance to eat lunch. It was SO busy at work that there was no way to take a break! Powered through the miserable heat and worked straight through the right hour shift. Grinding out in the hot furnace of the morning sun, to the mid day sizzle and well into the afterburn. I mean afternoon. Luckily a case of iced bottled water had filled the cooler. Skin burnt, eyes dry, and filthy soaked clothes. The day ended and I was so hungry. On the way home I saw the Baking sign from 41 and immediately thought to turn in and grab a bite. The drive thru speaker was broken. But they had me drive up to the second window. That aroma of the faux pau grill is all it took! I ordered a whopper Jr with no onions and a medium fry no salt. Even with my "burger my way", the friendly cashier took my money while putting in my order. Not even 5 minutes later I had a hot bag of food. Complimentary napkins and my receipt. All handed to me with a smile and a nice verbal good bye gesture. I thought for sure the order was wrong, I mean when is it EVER right? But to my surprise, not only was the order exactly the way I asked but it was hot and tasty! I almost went thru again to get another!

Just what you want to see and smell when you come to Burger King drive thru. Employee smoking cigarettes.They really should have an area away from the store for them to smoke if they want to have COPD when they’re 80.
