I heard they have new owners. But everything looks the same. Right now the restaurant business is having trouble. Short staff. But the servers they had did an amazing job the entertainment was excellent

Excellent Margaritas and rum runners. Gator Bites with Sriracha sauce were good. Nice atmosphere over looking the docks. Courteous wait staff.

My husband and I just went to Cactus Jack’s for the first time. While our waitress was fantastic, we were extremely disappointed and frustrated with the owner. The owner stood at a table outside right next to our’s and was very, very loud and obnoxious with the guests at the table. So much so that we left earlier than planned. My husband asked if he could speak to the owner on the way out and told him very calmly and professionally that we were leaving early because of how loud he and the table were. The owner was incredibly rude and, when my husband informed that we are two locals who are school teachers the owner said “Why Johnny can’t read.” We were and ARE appalled! When I asked, “Really, that is how you are going to respond to a customer giving you feedback?” He said that he was trying to visit every table. I replied by informing him that he did not visit our table one time. He responded by saying he was busy. Mind you.....he was at that table for an extended period of time. My husband told him we will not be back and the owner replied with “you are not welcome back.” He probably will not care, but we will NOT be back and we will tell everyone we know....especially everyone in the education community to never go there. Very, VERY disappointing!

We waited 1.5 hrs for food. Never got it. The catalyst was Kelly. I said we would take to go. Wow. I’m not sure who she thought she was talking to. Have never had such poor service. I live right across the st, could make lots of $$$ off me. Walked next door to sea craft. Will never go back. Btw our server Jacob was AMAZING

This place has new owners and a new name, MARKER 52. The menu has been upgraded and is a bit fancy for the setting. A group of us were there for a lunch meeting and the service was very slow. I rec'd my meal 20 minutes after the first person was served because the waitress forgot to put my order in. And this was nearly an HOUR after we placed the orders. The waitress is new, as we had a great waitress before the new owner took over, who stayed for several months and then left. The new waitress did work hard but still no excuse. There were not a lot of other customers, so it wasn't overly busy. I will say the food was good, but the fries were overdone. We had to ask to have the radio turned down so we could hear each other. The old menu at Cactus Jack's was much more inline with the tiki bar setting. The new menu emphasizes seafood but is more suited to an upscale restaurant.

We found Cactus Jacks while visiting our daughter who recently moved to the area. I must say, despite COVID restrictions, we really enjoyed the service, ambiance, food, drinks and music! Menu had a good selection of items to choose from. We have to time it better next time we're in the area so we can check out their Happy Hour :-)

Food was ok. Shrimp was tough and fries had no flavor. A little over priced. Atmosphere was nice. Enjoyed the music and the view. Waitress was pleasant.

Live music with Bruce and Tiki was excellent. Service was lacking. Could see servers on multiple breaks while we waited to get drinks and place food orders. The food was good when it finally arrived. 40 minutes for chicken wings seems excessive. When only two tables inside had customers. Hopefully the new owners get it sorted out.
