After spending the last 20 years at Marinatown, mostly for drinks because, to be honest, the food was never anything to write home about, my husband and I were in for a pleasant surprise. We noticed Cactus Jack's had closed down and Cheeks had taken its place, so we thought, why not give it a try? The food blew us away! Cheeks has quickly become our new go-to spot. Definitely worth checking out!!
My wife and I LOVE this place!! There is no other place in the area that compares. The atmosphere is magic, the food is delicious, the prices are super affordable and everyone is friendly and attentive. HIGHLY recommend!!! Our favorites dishes--poke bowl (it's not on the menu but just ask for it), the fried chicken sandwich, the sliders, and of course the tuna nachos.

This place has only been opened for a few months and it's becoming my favorite go to spot. They always have music playing and sports on a bunch of tvs. The food is amazing and the service rocks!! We were there again last night, Sunday and found out that they have Texas Holdem Poker every Sunday. We had a great time playing and will definitely be back.
