PT is my go-to fast food place, but service can be hit or miss. Used drive-thru, ordered meal, paid for an extra side that was not in bag. Not the first time this happens, spoke to customer service, not sure that a refund for the missing item was or will be issued.
Half of menu options not available, but you will figure out after you pay for what you eat and they give you totaly different items. They even don't have napkins... all tables dirty...
