“My husband and I came here for lunch and were so happy we decided to do so. They have a selection of burgers for every tastebud. I had the “Oklahoma Burger” which was a smash burger with perfectly melted cheese and grilled onions, my husband got the “Pittsburg Burger” which has thicker patties and just as delectable. These burgers came out hot, and fresh. The chef showed so much passion and care in these burgers- he was also very kind. Michelle our server, was very patient and kind while answering our questions about the menu, and navigating the kiosk. We will be certain to come again before we leave Miami. 100/10”

We sat outside and it started to rain and I’ve never experienced such an organized and well managed restaurant handling that, the staff were incredible at guiding us inside and finding places for everyone to sit. “I was on my way north from Miami and as the traffic hit, I got hangry. I decided to go ahead and stop. This was the first place that happened to come up on my bookmarks and at about 15 mins south of my mom's, I'll be back!! The gentleman that owns the place cooks the food, and is super friendly! When I walked in, I asked how to order and he explained that every day he makes a different plate and went over everything that was in it. It's a sampler plate for $15 ($14.72) and it's so worth it! Today it came with a brown stew protein (he wouldn't really tell me what exactly it was made of except vegetables) which tasted like seitan and it was nice and spicy with that fresh scotch bonnet! The plate also came with a very large portion of rice and peas, a small portion of vegan mac & cheese, and a small portion of some sort of bean stew with a tiny boiled plantain, some fresh greens and a small slice of avocado. I asked him if I could order a large portion of just the protein, but he said that he doesn't sell it like that because it's hard to make. Oh, the plate also came with some little vegetable ball, which he explained had a lot of vegetables in it and it was delicious! Seriously, everything was so good. I also got a spinach, calalloo, and pumpkin patty which was also nice and spicy! You know my eye spotted the treats in a cabinet. I was lucky enough to get the only donut with sprinkles, but there were also carrot muffins and some other fruit muffin and several different cookies to choose from and something he said was like a cinnamon roll. The gentleman said that all the treats are made with almond flour and gluten-free flour and fruits; no sugar, nothing synthetic. If you're debating on whether or not to stop in, it may look like a little hole in the wall, but it's definitely worth it!”

“Of the thai restaurants in the area my family and I chose this one because I wanted them to have a good thai food experience as I have living in Thailand, everyone had a good idea of what we wanted as for me I chose Tom yum soup and green curry, I must say everyone was happy with our dishes with one exception, of all the dishes I did not enjoy my Tom yum at all, I ate the 3 shrimps and left the lemongrass water because that was the Tom Yum, you see the Tom Yum I have in Thailand has more veggies and not just 3 shrimps and just water so overall I can't give it 5 stars because of that and also feel the place while cozy doesn't have enough thai decorations , happy dining. “I’ve been coming to this location since I was a kid, so I’ve had several experiences here. Some good, some not so good. This review is solely based on my experience yesterday, which was wonderful. My mom and I decided to stop in for lunch and we both had a great time. We tried the dragon calamari for the first time and it was AMAZING. Definitely in my top 2 of best calamari I’ve ever had. My drink was great, but my mom did not enjoy hers too much. The clam chowder and biscuits were delicious as always and our main entrees were also very satisfying. My mom’s steak was juicy and flavorful even with it being cooked to well done. The only hiccup was with my lobster tail which came very old and overcooked, but the manager came and assisted me right away. She had another one prepared for me with no issue. However, it was still very overcooked and fell apart while trying to cut it. Didn’t discover that until this morning, but it’s all good. Overall, the experience was very satisfying. Our server was also very pleasant and attentive although she was waitressing several tables. Glad that I decided to stop in after not dining here for so long.”

We used the drive-thru, and this is what I can share: There were three or four cars ahead of us but they were attended quickly and the lane move fast. As to the service, the typical help expected, these 1st timers get easily distracted so I recommend to double check your order before leaving. Their food, I can only comment on a small order of chicken-nuggets, of which I ate all of the content in their smaller portion.Parking: The store is located within a large strip mall and parking does not seem to be a problem.”

“1st had them when i was spending a week in Cap Haitien, Haiti last year and was set on trying the location in North Miami when i was back stateside... So finally decided to check them out with my niece. They are located right by the North Miami Museum of Contemporary art off of 125th ave. Staff is very friendly , helpful, and will quickly answer any questions that you may have. They not only offer Pizza but also griot tacos, wings, and more. We decided to eat in and ordered a medium Griot pizza and also a small Smoked herring pizza (to go). Griot pizza was so good we decided to also try the herring while there as opposed to waiting for later. We liked that even more! Definitely recommend. The US location is just as good as the one in Haiti.”

If they had thrown in a drink and another side, it would've been worth the price. They were all out of the creamed corn. They give you a lot of food. Everything was flavorful and steaming hot. Only issues I found was the food was a tad bit salty and the cornbread was wet on the bottom with gravy. Maybe place the cornbread on a sheet of foil or wrap it separately. Will I return again? Yes! I would like to try something else.”

“I’ve been coming to this location since I was a kid, so I’ve had several experiences here. Some good, some not so good. This review is solely based on my experience yesterday, which was wonderful. My mom and I decided to stop in for lunch and we both had a great time. We tried the dragon calamari for the first time and it was AMAZING. Definitely in my top 2 of best calamari I’ve ever had. My drink was great, but my mom did not enjoy hers too much. The clam chowder and biscuits were delicious as always and our main entrees were also very satisfying. My mom’s steak was juicy and flavorful even with it being cooked to well done. The only hiccup was with my lobster tail which came very old and overcooked, but the manager came and assisted me right away. She had another one prepared for me with no issue. However, it was still very overcooked and fell apart while trying to cut it. Didn’t discover that until this morning, but it’s all good. Overall, the experience was very satisfying. Our server was also very pleasant and attentive although she was waitressing several tables. Glad that I decided to stop in after not dining here for so long.”

“Great location for a quick healthy bite of fresh food and smoothies. The staff was very friendly and helpful with their extensive menu. The restaurant has very cute welcoming decor. You can take out or dine in. Will go back for sure!”

“I went on a Thursday and it was crowded.I had their weekly special for $19.00 of meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans and strawberry cornbread. It was a little expensive but it was good. If they had thrown in a drink and another side, it would've been worth the price. They were all out of the creamed corn. They give you a lot of food. Everything was flavorful and steaming hot. Only issues I found was the food was a tad bit salty and the cornbread was wet on the bottom with gravy. Maybe place the cornbread on a sheet of foil or wrap it separately. Will I return again? Yes! I would like to try something else.”

“The food is delicious. Exactly what your taste buds crave, it delivers. The owners are pleasant and personable. There is something for everyone as their menu covers a variety of options hamburgers burritos gyros pizza and or sushi. So no matter what food mood you're in there's something for you to choose from.”

“The dim sum servings were a bit smaller than expected. For example, the picture of soup dumplings on the menu shows 9 pieces, but the small writing says the order only includes 6. The shumai were quite small also. However, the flavors of everything was fantastic.”

Katherine's attentiveness makes every visit memorable; she truly is the best. “I told Grace that I want my chicken hot. Like hot off the grill hot. Not only she made sure that the chicken came out the way I liked it but she also came to the table when she had a moment to ask how was everything and if I needed anything else. I told her that everything was great. She also cleared the table of all the things that I no longer needed and left my table nice and clean. She didn’t have to do that, but she did. “The weather was nice and so we dined outside of the restaurant at around 1030 am. At this time it was not crowded so if you need to make a quick stop, this would be the place. The parking lot is a decent size. The service was pleasant and I would recommend this spot to hang out and eat for a decent price.”
