“Food and service excellent. We also had their ultimate Margaretas that was very good. Four of us ate our fill from Barreto, casadida, tortilla and pork chops. All dishes were ample and very good. “I took my 89-year-old mom here this evening and we were the only gringo diners so I guess that proves that the place is authentic. The food is great. As others have noted, if it says "chicken" on the menu you should expect bones as well. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and enough of them speak English that you won't have to get out Google Translate if you're incompetent in Spanish. The chicken soup was especially good (it's a $14 dish that two can split or it could be your entire meal).“

“FINALLY! We found some GREAT Mexican food that I didn't have to make myself. We had a Chicken Chimichanga and the Quail and Mexican Cokes (the good stuff!). The chicken was juicy and tender, perfectly cooked! My partner loved the spicy hot sauce. We arrived tired and hungry and we're cheered by the very homey atmosphere. Waitress patient and helpful.“

“This was a very nice and busy restaurant. The service was very good. Very nice and helpful waiter. The food was very tasty. I also ordered some Cuban garlic bread that I was dipping in the beans. The beef was very well Seasoned. Definitely an authentic dish. Would recommend if you love Cuban cuisine and you are visiting the ballpark, because it is very close.“

“Great food. Had the pork rice beans. Well made. Tasted the beef rice beans and seafood plate. Those weren't bad but go for the pork, change the rice to yellow rice. Sauces were good. 4 adults 1 child. 3 drinks. $64 + plates range from 9 to 18 $$. Would come back.“
