“I’d have to say by far Panera Bread gives the best care to their customers! Especially for how fast and well prepared they make each meal! Even without being involved with a subscription I’ve always been treated kindly! If your placing a delivery through the app and you don’t receive an item I can assure you that it is not Paneras fault however it’s the curl door dashers out there that have no respect for customer service! I was very blessed to be able to speak with the manger of the North Port location, Tim Robinson which then he went out of his way to make sure my inconvenience was resolved. Tim carry’s himself very well and just by listening I could tell that he truly cares about not only his company but his customers as well! Panera is absolutely phenomenal and if your looking for a good meal always stop in the store! For all the stay at home loves don’t let the door dashers make you think otherwise of Panera because they truly work hard to make sure every meal is prepared and ready!“
“I live in Florida and my dad is in the hospital down there in Port Charlotte. There's not much I can do to help him, but he loves to eat and says the hospital food is awful. I have ordered him lunches from Sam's 2 days in a row. They are so kind. They deliver food right to him, and he said it's the best he's ever had. Thank you for helping me send him love. P.S. “We enjoy the food at the Olive Garden and our server was excellent, but the girls at front of house were not a good advert. They continued chatting to each other and then just looked looked at us. No greeting or smiles. I asked for a table for two, l had to ask for the wait time.All three girls had sullen faces and one was slumped with her head down on her arms when we left. Maybe they had been partying the night before, but they should make the effort.“
“I have been going to China Palace for years. I have NEVER had to wait for my delicious, hot, perfectly cooked orders and the time given as when to pick up has always been correct. well, unless I count the time when hurricane Irma hit us directly as hurricanes seem to do to North Port and every single store and restaurant closed for at least a week, even the ones that did not lose their power. I live 2 miles from China Palace and every store in their complex remained closed for days EXCEPT China Palace. My home had no power for 9 days-we ran out of food with no hope to buy more. Out of desperation, I drove around, looking for anyplace open. There was only one, China Palace. I did wait 2 hours to get my order because the line of hungry people was so long. But the owners worked non-stop to cook and get out the orders. They tried to close at 10 pm but the line was still very long so those wonderful people kept working for I don't know how long. I left after 10 pm with my hot delicious order and the line was as long as ever. The owners and workers deserved medals for fulfilling the needs of many hungry folks. Since that time I have ordered their authentic Chinese cuisine and have never been disappointed. My daughter who lives in Southern California and has traveled to China and other parts of Asia can't wait to have dinner from China Palace when she visits. she says it is the best she has ever had, anywhere. if I could give China Palace 10 stars, I would. Great food, compassionate owners and staff.“
