The Ultimate Caterer and more importantly Alan Perl not only met our high expectations but they far exceeded them. Alan & his team brainstormed with us and delivered a a true “ plan of action”, a vision of what could actually be achieved. From start to finish Alan worked with my wife and I on all the details from a unique and memorable venue (Art Factory) to rentals and menu planning they produced and directed a blockbuster of a wedding. The food was prepared and served by good looking, professional staff and was off the charts when it came to creativity, taste, and presentation. We had a wedding for a little over 200 ppl with a 90 minute Cocktail Party with Open Bar, a Champagne Bar and passed hot and cold appetizers as we’ll as a number of stations each in a different cuisine, Sushi Station, Carving Staton, etc. Following cocktails we sat down to a fabulous formal 4 course meal served with flair, precision in a timely fashion with a smile and an eye to detail. After that terrific meal we moved onto what some of our friends now refer to as “The Death by Desert” experience, with more deserts than a casino Viennese Table along with a comforting coffee & hot cocoa station, after-dinner cocktail bar, ice cream station, every detail down to the Mini Cannolis could not have been better. I not only highly recommend Alan Perl & The Ultimate Caterer I swear by them!

Ordered empanadas (short rib and the Nutella brownie) for my husbands surprise drive by birthday party! They empanadas were a hit with everyone! True catering professionals from beginning to end! Def recommend their services and of course empanadas!

Amazing Empanadas!! This was my 4th of July brunch; it was a curbside pick up & my 1st experience. I was greeted by a friendly face at my car that kindly gave me my order at the passenger window. Plus, what a nice surprise as they gave me a hot empanada in a nicely packed wrapper which said, ‘rider.’ I asked what’s this? They said it was a hot, fresh empanada to try for my ride home. wow

The empanadas were perfect. What an amazing combination of flavors they produce!
My favorite was the short rib and the artichoke! As curious as I was about the Mac and cheese empanada… It was awesome!

Placed a take out order for a dozen empanadas and WOW! They were amazing! They gave us a brownie/nutella empanada on the way out the door and it was so good we were tempted to turn aroung and get more. Glad we placed the order and will definitely go back!

When I tell you to look no further for your catering needs , their product,professionalism,punctuality,communication, and integrity, all get a “10”They did our wedding for us on 4/14.70 guests, it all went off without a hitch, and can I say again,professionalism! The food was awesome, you’d expect average fare from a buffet type, but it was no less than gourmet quality.His prices were very fair, all support staff were pros.Ty even called me a couple of days after the event, told me he’d mad a arithmetic error when finalizing the bill and promptly sent me a refund check!
