The employees are not very customer serving. They do not acknowledge people. They push you to only order at a kiosk if you walk up to the register. The pumpkin spice drink was mediocre. They literally yelled pumpkin spice and tossed fown the cup. Definitely won't be back. This was a 2nd chance. The 1st time, the wrap was terrible, and there was no interaction from the employees. I mean, please, and thank you. It is free to say.
We stopped into this restaurant on our way home from Tallahassee. Although I have seen Duncan restaurants inside of gas stations before this was the worst of the representations of that model. There didn't seem to be any product and the employees were dressed in an unprofessional manner. I've just gotten used to a certain standard for Duncan and it seemed this particular restaurant did not live up to that standard.

Placed mobile order, waited in line for almost 30 minutes to get to window and be handed wrong food. This has happened multiple times. Today I was also showed 2 empty cups and told they couldn't make my order, that it would be at least 30 minutes for them to clean espresso machine. Told me to come back tomorrow or wait ANOTHER 30 minutes. I think this is something that could be told at the speaker when you order.
