Worst place i have every been at. I watched Julio take 4 flipping breaks while trying to make 1 single iced latte. I had to walk out the place not getting the 2 drinks i even ordered. Waited for 36 minutes.

Combo with gas station. Was disappointing to be out of GLAZED DONUTS at 11am. Got the bagel bites they were good.
NO NOT USE YOUR POINTS HERE!! They won’t accept them after they’ve already been scanned in your app through The restaurant. And give you an attitude afterwards. I would go here every single day if not twice a day for my coffees and I won’t go there anymore because they took my points twice now ! Like over 3000 points!! Do not use your points here!!

One of the worst ones I’ve been to. I understand if your backed up but maybe be a decent employee and let the drive thru know so people aren’t sitting there waiting with not one word said to them. I’ve never had a pleasant experience at this location. If you’re going south, hit the one on 27.

Absolutely ridiculous this place needs all new staff was rude and zero customer service!! Waited in drive through for 20 min and not a car or person there in front of me get a frozen coffee that I thrown out because was soupy water down definitely not frozen no flavor garbage then get munchkins gave me all old fashioned that were hard and stale wasted money!! Get it together this place is horrible!!!

Placed mobile order, waited in line for almost 30 minutes to get to window and be handed wrong food. This has happened multiple times. Today I was also showed 2 empty cups and told they couldn't make my order, that it would be at least 30 minutes for them to clean espresso machine. Told me to come back tomorrow or wait ANOTHER 30 minutes. I think this is something that could be told at the speaker when you order. It would prevent a lot of people from sitting in line waiting for something that Dunkin can't give them. I'm out time and a bit of gas from driving & sitting in drive thru & now I have to go back!
I'm sorry but this D&D was a terrible experience. We ordered 2 small coffees and a couple of donuts; it took a 1/2 an hour.
